If you love easy recipes as much as I do then you’re going to love these 15 easy slow cooker recipes. It’s surprising what you can do in a slow cooker if you have the right ingredients.

Most of these recipes have just a few ingredients so they’re also great if you’re on budget and looking to feed a crowd for little money as possible. With that said you may find one or two of these recipes will have quite a few ingredients, but they’re still incredibly easy to make.

1. Rich & Creamy Rice Pudding

Incredibly rich and creamy makes this slow cooker rice pudding a must try. There are no eggs involved so it’s super easy to get right as there is no risk of ending up with scrambled eggs.

You only need 6 very simple ingredients to make this delicious dessert dish. It’s important to make sure you use long grain or arborio rice to get the best results.

This is a great way to make some rice pudding in bulk making it perfect if you need to feed a large crowd of people. If you end up with any leftovers then are great for breakfast the next day.

One dish you need to try in the slow cooker is a corn beef hash. It’s perfect if you have some leftover corn beef and need a breakfast or dinner dish. This cooks in a delicious combination of butter, parsley, thyme, Worcestershire sauce and beef stock. Certainly, worth giving a try and it’s so easy to make.

If you really want to complete this dish then frying some eggs to go on the top will just add a whole bunch of extra flavor. Some baked beans also go great on the side but it really comes down to how hungry you’re feeling.

You have likely already heard about the hit dish crack chicken. This is so incredibly addictive and is so easy to make in the slow cooker. It combines ranch dressing, cream cheese, chicken and bacon.

By the end of cooking you’re left with a delicious chicken mix that goes great in sandwiches, on nachos and so much more. Just be prepared to have a lot of chicken mix as this makes a lot, consider halving it if you’re only making for 2.

Normally I would serve this chicken on a bed of rice but there is quite a few different dishes that this will go great with. Roast vegetables or even a side of greens will go great with this delicious honey mustard chicken.

 

11. Incredible Mongolian Beef

Tender strips of beef in a rich flavour packed sauce makes this Mongolian beef recipe hard to resist. To make things even better it’s so easy to prepare and get cooking. All you need to do is gather all the ingredients, add them into the slow cooker and set to cook low and slow.

As with most of these dishes this is best served with some rice or noodles. If you have some time then some stir fried greens also go great with the amazing tender beef.

 

12. Tender Corned Beef

A cheap and easy meal you can do in the slow cooker is corned beef. You only need just a few ingredients and by the end of cooking you’re left with a deliciously tender piece of corned beef. It’s so much better than the canned variety and so easy to make.

If you have the time then this goes great with some roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese on the side. Alternatively, you can slice the cooked beef and save the meat for sandwiches or wraps.

One thing to look out for with making beef and broccoli in the slow cooker is adding the broccoli in too early. Adding it in towards the end will ensure you end up with lovely green broccoli that has the perfect amount of crunch to it.

This cobbler is fine just on its own but if you really want to take the dessert to a whole new level then try adding a dollop of heavy cream or trying some vanilla bean ice cream.

 

15. Rich Chocolate Fudge

Who would’ve thought you can make some chocolate fudge right in the slow cooker. When you think about it, the low gentle heat is perfect as you won’t burn the chocolate allowing you to be blend all the ingredients perfectly. You can let it set in the slow cooker or transfer to a slice dish.

Much like every slow cooker recipe this is great if you need to make some fudge in bulk. If you’re not setting it in the slow cooker then make sure you have enough slice pans.
