Slow Cooker Pickled Pork

Instructions

  1. Place the onion, carrot, peppercorns, cloves, bay leaves, brown sugar, and the malt vinegar into the slow cooker.
  2. Add the pickled pork.
  3. Top with water until the pork is submerged.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. Remove the pork and allow to rest for 15 minutes. Discard the poaching liquid.
  6. Serve & Enjoy.
