Slow Cooker Honey Balsamic Chicken

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the garlic, ginger, balsamic vinegar, honey, thyme, rosemary, and mix.
  2. Add the chicken to the slow cooker.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker.
  5. Mix the cornstarch and water until it forms a paste. Stir into the sauce in the slow cooker.
  6. Return the chicken to the slow cooker, cook for 15 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
  7. Serve & Enjoy
